John is entering his sixth season as manager and has already become the club's most successful boss in history, guiding the club to two promotions, a separate runner-up finish, a losing play-off final and two other cup finals. Formerly manager of Mossley and Woodley Sports.
'Nev' is loud, proud and passionate about Curzon. The club earned promotion in both of his first two seasons as John's Number 2. A perfect foil for the manager's calmer style on the touchline. Formerly an assistant with New Mills and Woodley Sports.
Mark commenced his football career at Blackpool where he made 94 first team appearances. He moved to Stafford Rangers in 1991 and then to the Moss Rose towards the end of the 1994-95 season for a fee of £5,000 as a replacement for Stuart Bimson. Usually used in his preferred position of left-back, Mark could equally well fill a midfield berth, always solid in the tackle and forged forward at every opportunity. He was part of the 1996-97 Conference Championship winning side, gained a winners' medal in the Staffordshire Senior Cup in 1997 and held an England semi-professional cap.
On leaving Macclesfield Mark played for Halifax Town, Droysden, Mossley, Woodley Sports where he was the reserve team manager, and Curzon Ashton. From 2008-2010 he was the manager of the Curzon Ashton Ladies' team after which he became their Development manager and has also worked for Tameside Sports Trust. Mark is now football development manager at Curzon Ashton FC.
Son of Vice-Chairman Wayne, Jack is a popular lad who has been coaching the first-team since summer 2015. Also has coaching roles in the Youth set-up.

Former Chesterfield youth team player who made the move to non-league in recent years. After working through the youth and reserve sides, he has recently driven his way to become first choice for the Nash.
Chris is an all-action midfielder who is confident on the ball and tough in the tackle. Previously a youngster with Oldham Athletic, he has been a regular for the Nash since signing in 2013 and has played in a variety of roles. He was previously a winner of the supporters' player of the year in the 2015/2016 season.
Signed for Curzon towards the end of 2014, Danny worked his way into the starting line-up with a host of impressive performances. A rock at the back and fan favourite who has proven to be ever reliable.
After enjoying a solid first season for Curzon, James will hope to replicate his consistent show of impressive performances from right-back. He also holds football league experience with Crewe Alexandra.
Ferocious and entertaining, Joe joined mid-way through the 2014/2015 season and instantly became an eye-catcher with his pace, power and determination. Winner of the 2016/2017 manager’s player of the season.
Mainstay of the back-line who has made over 150 appearances for Curzon. Reliable and consistent in the centre of defence and has previously won both players’ player and fans’ player of the year awards.
New to the Nash for season 2017/2018 after joining from Salford City where he played a pivotal role in the club’s high-profile climb through the non-league pyramid. He is an experienced centre-back with solid defensive attributes and unrivalled leadership qualities.
One of the successes of the Curzon Ashton academy after joining the club when he was six years old. He has proven to be a real hit with the first-team after a host of explosive performances. Jordon is exciting to watch and has been ever-present in the team for several years.
Another product of our successful youth academy, Matt re-joins the club after gaining invaluable senior football experience with Chadderton FC. A successful season away from the Tameside Stadium saw the 21-year old midfielder win their player of the year award.
A centre back who can also play in a defensive midfield role, Matt recently joined the Nash from local rivals Stalybridge. After being picked up by Liverpool in his youth career at Wrexham, he has also played for Nottingham Forest, Tamworth and Hednesford.
A product of Huddersfield Town’s academy, Max is a recent addition to John Flanagan’s squad. Previously appeared for Frickley and Glossop North End, he is a talented attacker with game changing attributes.
Niall is an all-round striker who received plaudits for his hold-up play but has added a host of goals to his game since moving to the Nash. Entering his fifth season with the club, Niall has previously been a winner of a National League North player of the month award.
After a recent breakthrough from our quadruple winning youth team, Olly made a handful of appearances towards the back end of last season. He has proven he has all the qualities to push on and establish himself as a first team regular.
A prodigy of Manchester City’s youth academy, Marshall recently joined the club from league rivals Alfreton Town. He is a central midfielder with vast amounts of non-league experience, which will be vital for the Nash this season.
Rory has signed for the Nash having most recently appeared for FC United. He is a versatile midfielder who can play centrally or in wide areas. After a recent injury, Fallon hopes to regain his impressive form for the Nash.
A striker notorious for his speed, power and keen eye for a goal. He is one of John Flanagan’s latest additions for the 2017/2018 season and has previously appeared for Warrington Town, Witton Albion, Colwyn Bay and Clitheroe.
A former youth player with Fleetwood Town in the Football League, teenager Tyrell joined the Nash towards the end of last season. He is a powerful striker with eye catching pace and quick feet - definitely one to watch for the Nash.
