The apprenticeship is a three year course for adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, to learn how to become a Community Coach Activator. Each apprentice is employed by Limitless Mentoring and will receive a weekly wage each week (paid monthly) and must commit to ten hours of learning a week. These ten hours can be done to suit each learner.

Weekly coaching sessions are held at Curzon Ashton FC for all learners to attend, along with an online learning platform (BUD), any remaining hours out of the ten are used for remote learning.

As part of the apprenticeship, learners will have the opportunity to work in local Schools with Foundation Staff, delivering After School Sessions, along with working with specific age groups at Curzon Ashton Juniors.

All learners are equipped with an iPad to allow easy access to the BUD system and also Training Kit.

We currently have twenty one learners signed up since the programme launched in September 2024.
