Following his departure from Curzon Ashton, James held the following positions, before returning to the club this season as part of head coach Mark Bradshaw’s backroom staff.

Hyde United – First Team Coach

Ramsbottom United FC – Assistant Manager

Atherton Collieries – Assistant Manager

Speaking on his return, James said:

After a few years away from Curzon Ashton I have returned as First Team Coach to support the First Team staff and players. My experience’s over the past few years at Hyde, Ramsbottom and Atherton Collieries will help me support Mark , Jack, the staff and the players as we embark on this new season.
