Men’s team: Ilkeston Town 0-1 Curzon Ashton
The men’s team are into the hat for the next round of the FA Trophy, following a 1-0 win at Northern Premier League Premier side Ilkeston Town.
After a lack of action in the first half, the game was still looking for its first goal, with Tony Weston having the best chance of the game to that point for Curzon.
However, on the day that saw Alex Curran make his 100th appearance for The Nash and notched his 7th goal of the season, the midfielder’s second half penalty was enough to secure the win in Derbyshire for Mark Bradshaw’s men.
Looking ahead, the men’s team are back in league action on Saturday, 22nd November when they travel to Worksop Town, this fixture is ticket only and they can be purchased by clicking HERE
