Tony joins Curzon Ashton on a 2 year deal upon the expiration of his contract with Championship club Derby County.

Starting his senior playing career in 2019 after joining league one team Blackpool, Tony moved north the following year, spending two seasons in Scotland with Rangers, Cove Rangers & Partick Thistle.

In 2023 the 21 year old striker joined Derby County, before joining National League club Boston United the following season on loan, making 29 appearances during his time at the club.

Following his departure from Derby County he now joins The Nash ahead of the 25/26 season, filling the vacant number 10 shirt.

Speaking on the announcement, head coach Mark Bradshaw said:

He’s shown throughout pre-season the qualities he has, the drive he has and his finishing abilities so we are really looking forward to working with him and seeing what he can do for us this season – hopefully his goalscoring will continue.

Everyone at Curzon Ashton is delighted to welcome Tony and we wish him the best of luck for the upcoming season and his future at the club.
