Since joining the club from local side FC United Luke has played a pivotal role in Curzon Ashton’s success, helping The Nash finish last season on a record number of points and keeping the most clean sheets in their National League North history.

Griffiths has also had some stand out performances in a Nash shirt – most memorably his freekick against Rushall Olympic to score a  late equaliser and his winner against Buxton.

Commenting on the news, Assistant Head Coach, Jack Salkeld said:

Luke is a fantastic player and has played a huge part at the football club over the past year, Luke is one of the experienced players now for this team and we are hoping he shows his qualities on the pitch.

Everyone at Curzon Ashton is delighted to see Luke extend his stay at the Nash!
